The Two Roles

City Head:
You own the chapter. You're the face of GTM North in your city - building the local exec team, landing the venues and sponsors, and running the events that put your city on the map. This is a founder role, not a volunteer badge. High ownership, high reward, first pick of the city.

Ambassador:
You power the chapter. You bring your network, help fill the room, rep the brand, and make each event run. Lower commitment than City Head, but the fastest on-ramp to one. If you want to build without owning the whole thing yet, this is your seat.

What you get

  • Revenue share on local sponsorships. You land the sponsors in your city, you share the upside. Build a real chapter and it pays you back.

  • The brand, the playbook, and a proven event model. You're not starting from a blank page - you're running a system that already sold out rooms in Toronto.

Who we're looking for

You already know your city's GTM scene - or you're plugged in enough to build it fast. You've run something before, or you're itching to. You'd rather own an outcome than attend a meeting about it. And you get why "no fluff, real tactics" is the whole point.
